Rates are $1.00 per hour with a $5.00 daily max in the garages and lots. Special event rates may apply.  Pay at the paystation upon arrival in all the parking lots. Pay at exit at the Franklin Street Parking Deck and Hay Street Deck.

All Park Fayetteville parking locations are free on Saturdays and Sundays unless there is a Special Event taking place. In addition, parking is free before 9:00 AM and after 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Contact Fayetteville Parking Service to lease parking. Parking is $50 per month per space. Downtown employees are encouraged to lease parking to allow customers convenient parking.

You can pay for your parking permit(s) by the following methods:

If you are a hospitality worker in Downtown Fayetteville, you can get a discounted monthly parking space to park in the Donaldson Pay Lot with our new Hospitality Permit. Simply provide proof of employment and payment in-person to our Park Fayetteville Office located at 327 Person Street. The Hospitality Permit is $25.00 per month and may be paid with cash, check, or debit/credit cards. It is available to be used in any off-street parking facility but is not permitted to be used for parking on-street. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Hospitality workers are defined as hourly employees working in the service industry such as downtown restaurants, downtown hotels and other downtown attractions. Employees working as waiters, bar tenders, cashiers, and bussers would be examples of workers that would qualify for this discounted permit.
